Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hyro, a fitness app provided by WSFU, a company based in France. By using Hyro and its related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Hyro Does
Hyro helps you record and review HYROX-style, CrossFit-style, open training, and custom workouts. Features may include workout creation, split tracking, Apple Watch workout recording, and optional syncing or sharing through services such as Apple Health, Garmin Connect, and Strava.
Accounts, Devices, and Connected Services
Some Hyro features require a supported device, an internet connection, or access to third-party services and accounts. If Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin Connect, Strava, or another dependency is unavailable, changes its APIs, or revokes access, related Hyro features may be limited or stop working. You are responsible for the permissions, account access, and device setup needed for the features you choose to use.
Training Safety and Accuracy
Hyro is a training tool, not medical advice, coaching advice, or a guarantee of performance. Workout metrics, pacing, split data, GPS, heart rate data, and sync results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate judgment during workouts, and checking with a qualified professional when needed.
Third-Party Platforms and Trademarks
Hyro is an independent app by WSFU. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX, CrossFit, Apple, Garmin, or Strava. HYROX, CrossFit, and other third-party names, brands, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Paid Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
If Hyro offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, payment will be charged through your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Hyro or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the latest version on this page. Your continued use of Hyro after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or related to Hyro will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
